OPELIKA MAIN STREET AWARDED STATEWIDE RECOGNITION AT MAIN STREET ALABAMA CONFERENCE
Jasper, Ala. (Aug. 21, 2025) — Opelika Main Street is excited to announce it was recognized for its impactful work at the twelfth annual Awards of Excellence Banquet. The event was sponsored by Energy Southeast, UB Community Development, and the Walker Area Community Foundation. The Awards of Excellence committee selected Opelika Main Street for the Excellence in Marketing award for our "Reintroducing Opelika Main Street" campaign, along with recognizing Opelika Main Street with a Reinvestment Award for public and private investments totaling over $50 million since 2014.
