We’re proud to announce the return of Opelika Main Street’s Hometown Heroes Banner Program, a way to honor the brave men and women who have served our country. This program will recognize veterans and active-duty service members with meaningful connections to Opelika.
Beginning April 1 through April 30, 2026, families and loved ones are invited to honor their heroes by sponsoring a double-sided, 21” x 52” street banner that will be proudly displayed in Downtown Opelika from Memorial Day to Veterans Day. The banner will then be returned to the family.
